    Description

    The Webshop Navigation Lead is responsible for driving constant improvements related to webshop navigation and creating a flawless shopping experience through our category structure, filters and variants, onsite search, sorting rules, and navigation tools such as a product configurator.

    They dive into each area and make decisions based on data to make sure we get the most value out of all navigation aspects.

    The Webshop Navigation Lead looks for creative solutions that will help customers find the product they need. You'll lead navigation related projects including the introduction of new tools.

    Next to that, you think of ways to improve our current webshop navigation and initiate A/B tests to support any changes with data.

    You're responsible for guiding our Onsite Search Specialist and enabling them to grow in their role, while pushing search to the next level.

    The Webshop Navigation Lead works closely with the Product Manager Orientation and Onsite Search Specialist to contribute to increasing the ATC% KPI from different navigation perspectives.

    Principal AccountabilitiesDetermine navigation roadmap and KPIs, incl.

    but not limited to categories, filters and variants, onsite search, sorting rules, and navigation tools;Guide and support the Onsite Search Specialist to increase search KPIsResearch and improve functionality of all filters & variants together with UX and CRO;Periodically research and improve our category structure based on research together with UX and CRO;Initiate & carry out projects related to navigation;Take the lead in introducing new navigation tools;Key ChallengesLeading a team with members in different countriesCultural differences between countries & therefore our webshopsKeeping track of performance of all webshops.
