    Job Description
  • Assist the Financial Controller with systems administration, account reconciliation, budget preparations, inventories, monthly closings and full P & L responsibility.
    •Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.
    •Assist with analysing financialstatements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.
    •Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audit, General Ledger reporting.
    •Cash handling functions for the hotel and reconcile all cash dropped at the front desk & restaurant.
  • Qualifications
  • Relevant diploma
  • 5 to 7 years of Hotel Industry expérience
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
  • Pleasant personality & grooming.
