    Responsibilities

    Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines.

    Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest. Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

    Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

    Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

    Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

    Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement. Ensure compliance at all steps.

    Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

    Requirements

    Proven experience (0-5 years) as a tele caller or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Candidate must know English and Malyalam

    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

    Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.

    Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

    Fresher, BCom, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

    Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.

    Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
