    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-7 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various ServiceNow modules including ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.

    In addition to ServiceNow proficiency, familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.

    Responsibilities :
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, primarily focusing on ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
    • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations, including forms, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, etc.
    • Perform ServiceNow system administration tasks such as user management, access control, and configuration changes.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using RESTful APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
    • Write efficient and maintainable code in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, integrations, and configurations.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 4-7 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
    • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly.
    • Experience with ServiceNow development tools including ServiceNow Studio, ATF (Automated Test Framework), and Update Sets.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or equivalent, is a plus.
