    Sr Management, Expats & Benefits Management:
    Oversee the design,implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, tailoringofferings to the specific business needs.

    • Design the structure and benefit for Expat and Executive compensation.
    • Professional qualification with Postgraduate in Management studies/Equivalent qualification from reputed Institute.
    • At least 1015 years of experience in compensation and benefit including 23 years in leadership role.
    • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including marketanalysis.
    • Exceptional detailed orientation.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively with employees and management in identifying and resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.
    • Excellent stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments
    • Good business understanding.
    • Business fluent knowledge of English in spoken and written form desirable.
