    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager - Indirect Sourcing to manage the end-to-end procurement process in AMC, PE, and Spares areas. The successful candidate will ensure that the organization's quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. This role involves sourcing suppliers, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best value for the company.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Capex/Indirect sourcing/purchasing for an OEM in the areas of AMC, Plant Machineries, and Spares areas
  • Manage the sourcing portfolio ensuring transparency of awarding
  • Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
  • Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
  • Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
  • Lead and manage the RFI & RFQ process
  • Establish beneficial working relationships with various internal groups across the organization
  • Manage complex projects from conception through implementation

    • Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Broad knowledge about AMC, PE, and Spares areas
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
