    Profile - Desktop Engineer L1 Support

    Experience - 2 year

    Location - New Delhi

    Salary- 30K TO 32K

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Handle daily technical support activities on desktops & laptops, networking and server log monitoring.

    2. Creating new AD user profile for new joiner.

    3. Managing Laptop issues for new and existing employees.

    4. Coordinating with IT Operation Engineer for Email creation, License related request/issues etc.

    5. Coordinating with Microsoft support team for case registering and resolving issues.

    6. Handling Airtel & TATA for internet related issue

    7. Coordination with NOC team.

    8. Provide L1 Level support in LAN, Remote support.

    9. Provide Software, Hardware, Network Support and Operating System support.

    10. Configuring Microsoft outlook for user and troubleshooting Mail Problem.

    11. Basic Networking, peer to peer, Map drive, Data sharing

    12. Should have work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar

    role.

    13. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.

    14. Installing applications and computer peripherals.

    15. Hands-on experience with Windows environments.

    16. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.

    17. Having basic troubleshooting experience in printer and scanner.

    18. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

    19. Should have Customer-oriented attitude.

    20. Handling the Printer WI-FI device in customer location.
