- Remedy Developer with 4-8 years' experience.
- Working experience on BMC helix ITSM that includes Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management modules.
- Knowledge of configuring Approvals for Service Request and Change Modules.
- Design and develop DWPC service catalogues as per business requirements.
- Configure and maintain BMC Helix platform to meet the needs of the organization.
- Troubleshot issues in BMC Helix system.
- Maintain documentation on configuration and use of BMC Helix system.
- Work with other teams to integrate the BMC helix platform with other systems and applications.
- Working experience in BMC Helix iPaaS solution for integrations to address advanced business process and system integrations.

- Strong experience in developing web based dashboards using BMC Helix dashboard designer.
