Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NON-IT Engineering Recruiter (US Night Shifts) at Neo Tech Solutions. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment, IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and general recruiting tasks. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers and conducting reference checks.

Role Description:

· This is a full-time role for an Engineering and Aerospace Recruiter at Neo Tech Solutions.

· The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, Engineering and Aerospace hiring.

· They will work on-site at our Hyderabad location.

Qualifications:

· Looking for 2-4 years of Recruiting Experience

· Full-life Cycle Recruiting, experience in hiring for engineering and aerospace positions

· Strong knowledge of the recruiting process

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
