Team Lead / Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence (RCM)

The Team Lead / Assistant Manager – BI (Revenue Cycle Management) will be responsible for coordinating data analysis, reporting, and insights generation to support RCM operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to convert data into clear presentations, and active participation in leadership calls, client discussions, and project review meetings.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand project requirements, analyze performance trends, prepare executive-ready presentations, and proactively support decision-making with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze RCM performance metrics such as AR trends, denials, collections, productivity, ageing, and financial KPIs.
Identify performance gaps and patterns using data-driven methods.
Present insights through dashboards and reports that support operational decisions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
Ensure BI outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting needs and deliver structured BI solutions.

Presentation Support

Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership, clients, and project reviews.
Convert data into visually compelling slides with actionable recommendations.
Maintain consistency and clarity across all presentations.

Project Participation & Communication

Participate in project calls, client meetings, and governance discussions.
Provide analytical support during discussions with facts, trends, and commentary.
Work closely with managers to align BI deliverables with business goals.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a BI point of contact between RCM teams, leadership, and clients.
Understand stakeholder priorities and deliver tailored insights.
Communicate complex concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend process improvements based on data findings.
Support implementation of BI best practices and reporting quality frameworks.
Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation building (storyboarding, formatting, visualization).
Experience with RCM systems, EMRs, billing platforms, and healthcare data preferred.

Analytical & Business Skills

Understanding of end-to-end RCM processes (coding, billing, AR, denials, payments, etc.).
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Communication & Leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead discussions, present insights confidently, and collaborate across teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience

4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics roles.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management analytics.
Prior experience in a lead analyst or team lead role is preferred.

Work Week: Monday to Friday

Shift: Night: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
