    We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Analyst / Sr Analyst / Specialist – Retail. The role will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing team while actively contributing to the company's brand building and strategic client engagements within the EMEA region. This role requires a combination of leadership, deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to both the team and clients.

    This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

    Brand Building and Expertise:

    Position the Company as a trusted expert in the Amazon ecosystem within the EMEA region.

    Actively contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance the Company's brand in the retail space.

    Strategic Client Engagements:

    Lead and manage strategic engagements with enterprise retail clients.

    Review and analyze data to provide clients with strategic advice and actionable insights.

    Team Development:

    Develop the retail capabilities of the EMEA team through training programs, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

    Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.

    New Business Development:

    Actively contribute to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.

    Industry Awareness and Trends:

    Stay abreast of industry news and trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

    Translate macro trends into tailored strategies and actions for clients.

    This may be the right role for your if you have,

    • 3 - 7 years' experience in leading or managing an eCommerce or a digital marketing team.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Strong understanding of Amazon workings, specifically in Vendor Central, Amazon Marketing Services, and Seller Central.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
    • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • Initiative-taking with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Willingness to dive into details and identify root causes of performance.
    • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
    • Meticulous with good project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
