- Designing and creating visual content for various digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Translating concepts and ideas into visually appealing and effective designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality design solutions within established deadlines.
- Maintaining organized files and assets, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in design deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various platforms.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Experience with animation, video editing, or other multimedia design skills is a plus.
