Designation: Manager Brand Communications
Theperson would be responsible for building the Titans fragrancebrand. Digital is one of the key and the lead mediums for thebrand. The person should have a flair for fashion & lifestylespace. The person needs to have an eye for aesthetics andunderstand the nuances of fashion marketing. The person also needsto have a strong understanding of digital media both forperformance as well as brandmarketing.
JobDescription
This businesscritical role will drive strategic thinking andexecution excellence through brand marketing across traditional anddigital channels measurement reporting & consumerresearch.
Act as brand custodian and drive impact for brandgrowth.
Define the marketing and communications strategy across channelsand customer cohorts to deliver the businessgoals.
Leverage customer insights to understand the overall brand healthand build relevant brand properties and campaigns to drive brandmetrics.
Drive creative and communication development to ensure consistentand concise messaging to thecustomers.
Digital Building digital influence for the brand is one of the keyaspects of this role. Build the social media presence of the brandby rolling out relevant content own the content calendar &build the brand buzz throughinfluencers/collabs.
Performance marketing Drive performance marketing initiativesacross own platforms and marketplaces. Grow the market places forthe brand through always on visibility. Build strong bottom of thefunnel conversion through a mix of search crm & displaycampaigns.
Collaborate with external agencies like Creative Digital Media PRto drive brand priorities and itsexecution.
Influence without authority a wide bench of senior stakeholders toshape and deliver the customer and businesspriorities.

MBA from Tier 1 / premiuminstitute.
5 10 years of brand managementExperience.
The person should have a strong digital experience spanning acrosssocial & performancemarketing
Experience of working with various agencies like research creativedigital performance marketing media andPR.
Should have experience in handling digitalplatforms
Keen eye for consumer insights and creative development with sharpmessaging.
Preferred marketing experience in FMCG/Ecommerce/lifestyle/fashionindustries.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability towork with multiple stakeholdersenvironment
Having a product development experience is a plus but notmandatory
