- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, complaints, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct workplace investigations, interviews, and disciplinary meetings as needed.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Formatting, Vlookup, Hlookup etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR employee relations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Certification in HR or Employee Relations is a plus.
