    This position will build and lead an "IBP Desk" to help Teva with its implementation and optimization of a new integrated planning processes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the effective daily operation of systems by using technical and functional knowledge along with an understanding of business processes of the division to guide users on the proper use of those systems and technologies.
    • Provide problem resolution, assist with the implementation of new or unused features, and provide related training and documentation.
    • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests for assistance from both Finance and business users of the different system by responding to inquiries, fulfilling help requests, and coordinating system access and authorizations.
    • Assists with various forms of system administration, including system setup, security and access, upgrades, and testing.
    • Assist system users with identifying and analyzing their reporting needs by researching possible solutions, fulfilling report requests using appropriate reporting tools, and working close with users and IT/system business partner.
    • Perform cleansing, processing, and validation on the data, to ensure its quality.
    • Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

     A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in implementing end-to-end business processes

     At least 5 years of business partnership experience with exposure to senior management.

     Solid understanding of, and experience with applications that support Global Business Services – Supply Chain/Operations, Commercial & Finance) and experience with system needs to transition organization to Shared Services model.

     Experience working with ERP applications and/or Planning solutions.

     Preferred Lean and Six Sigma certification and Knowledge of agile methodologies with proven track record of successful program delivery using Agile.

     Strong on change management principles

     Outstanding people leader with the ability to attract and retain high talent.

     Creative and innovative thinker with strong collaborative leadership skills to work in partnership with people relations and senior leadership teams.

     Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

     Ability to identify opportunities for business value and process improvement, communicate strategies, and lead organizational change management to achieve desired results.

     Good mix of technical and business background.

     Effective team player, positive, collaborative and problem-solving-oriented attitude.

    JOB CONDITIONS:

     Location is based in Bangalore  Ability to travel within & outside India when required
