Overview:

The DJ EventManager/Organizer plays a crucial role in driving the businessthrough the sponsor of events with the FTv franchise store. Thisrole involves planning coordinating and executing events to promotethe franchise increase brand visibility and drive sales. The EventManager/Organizer will work closely with various stakeholders toensure successful event planning andimplementation.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Plan and executeevents to promote FTv franchise store
• Identifyand secure event sponsorships
• Develop andimplement marketing strategies forevents
• Coordinate with vendors suppliers andevent staff
• Negotiate contracts and agreementswith event partners
• Manage event budgets andfinances
• Oversee event logistics andoperations
• Ensure compliance with all legal andhealth regulations
• Develop postevent evaluationreports
• Collaborate with internal teams toalign event strategies with businessobjectives

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Administration or relatedfield
• Proven experience in event management andorganization
• Demonstrated success in securingevent sponsorships
• Strong negotiation andcommunication skills
• Ability to lead and managea team
• Proficiency in budget management andfinancial analysis
• Excellent project managementcapabilities
• Detailoriented and highlyorganized
• Ability to work under pressure andmeet tight deadlines
• Understanding of marketingprinciples andstrategies

WorkingConditions:

• Someevening and weekend work may berequired.
• Travel may be necessary depending oneventlocations.
