    Description

    Job Role:

    Business Leads Generation.

    Understanding real estate developers- requirements and designing a digital marketing campaign best suited to their needs.

    Work with the Business Unit heads to identify, define & implement business opportunities.

    Interacting and coordinating with the in-house performance marketing team to deploy and manage digital campaigns.

    Own P&L responsibility for the day-to-day management of the assigned projects.

    Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

    Manage the organization's website.

    Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus,

    Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.

    Strong working knowledge of Google Ad words and all paid search platforms.

    Working knowledge of analytics tools

    Plan, optimize, implement and manage paid search campaigns. Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ad Words, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms.

    Optimize all PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion.

    Manage all social media channels.

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

    Analyze social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

    Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ad words, Google Analytics, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing.

    Skills Required:

    Business Leads Generation.

    Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

    Oversee a social media strategy.

    Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).

    Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

    Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).

    Arrange webinars and webcasts.

    Managing all SEO and SMO such as Content Strategy, Link Building, and Key Word Strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

    Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
