    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior CNC Programmer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Junior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with a work experience requirement of 1 to 3 years. The job is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC programming
    • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and reading technical drawings
    • Knowledge of machining processes and programming languages
    • Ability to set up and operate CNC machines
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
    • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machine set-up and programming requirements
    • Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
    • Select and set up cutting tools and other accessories needed for machine operation
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
    • Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
    • Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good working condition
    • Collaborate with other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
