    We are looking for Manager in Digital Marketing to help develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, creative thinker with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and a proven ability to drive results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

    · Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    · Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for online campaigns, ensuring it aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

    · Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to the team, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

    · Budget Management: Assist in the allocation and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

    · Social Media Management: Oversee and contribute to the company's social media presence, creating content, responding to comments, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.

    · SEO and SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve online visibility and drive traffic.

    · Email Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversions.

    · Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

    · Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to ensure alignment on digital marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

    · Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

    · Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools like Meta Ads, Tabola Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads.

    · Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools, such as

    · Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.

    · Proficiency in implementing AI Tools for automation.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    · Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

    · Experience in team leadership or management is a plus.

    · Industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
