We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of instrumentation systems and equipment in our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA/QC processes, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for instrumentation systems
• Conduct inspections and testing of instrumentation equipment and systems to ensure compliance with specifications
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Identify and document non-conformance issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports
• Conduct audits of the QA/QC processes and systems
• Provide training and guidance to junior QA/QC staff

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within instrumentation or related industries
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation standards and practices
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools
• Experience with inspection and testing of instrumentation equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
