Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in domestic recruiting, particularly in non-IT profiles. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions within the domestic market.

Source and attract candidates using various platforms and tools.

Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in domestic recruitment.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
