    • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall operations of multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and teams to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Identify training and development needs of the retail teams and facilitate appropriate programs.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Drive client acquisition and retention efforts in the assigned cluster.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
    • Prepare reports and present updates to senior management on cluster performance, challenges, and opportunities.
