Responsibility

1.Design and update jobdescriptions.

2.Source potential candidates from various online channels media and professional platformslikeNaukri Indeed Behance andothers)

3.Craftrecruiting emails to attract passivecandidates.

4.Screen incoming resumes and applicationforms.

5.Interviewcandidates (via phone video andinperson).

6.Prepareand distribute assignments and numerical language and logicalreasoningtests.

7.Advertisejob openings on company s careers page social media job boards andinternally.

8.Provideshortlists of qualified candidates to hiringmanagers.

9.Sendjob offer emails and answer queries about compensation andbenefits.

10.MonitorkeyHRmetricsincludingtimetofilltimetohireandsourceofhire.

11.Participatein job fairs and host inhouse recruitmentevents.

12.Collaboratewith managers to identify future hiringneeds.

13.Actas a consultant to new hires and help themonboard.
