About the Job:

Globe-Consultant seeks a skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Engineer to lead refrigeration projects and oversee maintenance of industrial cold storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute ammonia refrigeration system projects.
• Select compressors, condensers, evaporators, receivers for projects.
• Prepare BOQs and material lists for bidding.
• Supervise maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of cold rooms and refrigeration plants.
• Manage plant erection and installation works, ensuring safety and engineering standards compliance.
• Provide electrical diagnostics support in coordination with electrical teams.
• Read technical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs to ensure accurate implementation.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards adherence related to ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration systems, preferably in industrial or cold storage environments.

Essential Skills:

• Ammonia-based systems knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical components expertise.
• Proven leadership in supervising plant erection and maintenance teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial or cold storage environments.
