Description

Skills required:

1. Working knowledge of Gas Turbine engine and its systems
2. Understanding on Engineering Drawings
3. Knowledge of Aerospace Material and manufacturing process
4. Working knowledge of Aerospace Technical Publication (AMM, CRM, CMM, CIR, EM) along with ATA and Simplified Technical English
5. Understanding of Parts classification and application
6. Understanding of Troubleshooting methods
7. Knowledge of EASA/FAA requirement related to Engine certification
8. Knowledge of CRM, Kanban, Maximo portal
9. Good skill on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
10. Advanced excel skill desirable

Job Description:

1. Analyzing and providing solution to Customers issues (Reactive/Proactive)
2. To support mitigation and closure actions of Safety issues
3. Supporting Technical life reviews of the Critical parts
4. Analyzing and reporting on-wing events
5. Data analysis and cost management
6. Proposing engineering solution to Customer Chief engineers and Leaders
7. Leading technical discussions with Customer Engineering Specialists
8. To provides technical inputs for generating and revising Technical publication
9. To generate Service experience report for Part/Engine
10. Supporting Engine Health monitoring work
11. Analyzing and reporting the engine/system/part reliability parameter
12. Supporting work on FMECA/FMEA/DDIS etc.
13. Managing updates on various customer portal like Kanban, CRM, Maximo etc.
14. Weekly reporting of work outputs and technical review with Customer SPCs
