    Job Role:

    The Inside Sales Executive - New Lead Generation with 2-3 Years of experience will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads through proactive outbound calling and email campaigns. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong customer-centric approach to sales, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and a commitment to achieving revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients.
    • Research and identify clients that fit the company's target market.
    • Collect and filter data to focus on qualified leads.
    • Build relationships to understand client needs and match them with company offerings.
    • Create and follow account plans to move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
    • Share regular updates with management on lead activity and progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales
    • Proven track record of generating new leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools

    Location: Worli Mumbai (next to Acharya Atre Chowk Metro station)
