    HRBP head - Experience in Product / Platform based organizations (a must)

    Our client is a 24 year old IT services organization, who has also launched its own Product Platform.

    The HRBP Head will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies for the Platforms team.


    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Platforms division objectives.
    • Collaborate with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COE), and Organizational Development (OD) teams to leverage collective expertise and drive impactful initiatives.
    • Institute performance management systems to foster accountability and drive high performance.
    • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
    • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a culture of belonging.
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Platforms division.
    • Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into divisional strategies.

    Ideal Candidate:
    years of experience in HRBP roles, experience within a platform-based businesses or technology firms is a must.

    • MBA from a premium Bschool or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage HR data to inform decisionmaking.
    • Passion for driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
