    About the Role

    We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will work alongside Account Managers and contribute to the success of our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand the hiring needs of your assigned clients
    • Suggest relevant candidates from our talent pool
    • Onboard clients and educate them on how to use our platform effectively
    • Manage candidate status and communication through our applicant tracking system
    • Evaluate and act upon client feedback to enhance their experience
    • Oversee the recruitment cycle for clients and maximize hires
    • Negotiate key offers with candidates and clients to minimize dropouts
    • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
    • Update hiring workflow information daily

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
    • Able to shortlist candidates based on client requirements
    • Conscientious and proactive in managing your pipeline
    • Possesses a desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup
