    Experience - 8 to 12 years

    Education - MBA or equivalent Degree

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Strategize, design, formulate, plan and lead the execution of all sales activities for Banking and Financial Services vertical in India region
    • Develop and manage business plan and define strategies for longterm success
    • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the India region and proactively monitor to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the plans
    • Manage endtoend sales cycle including opportunity identification, development, negotiation & closure, leading to improved sales realization
    • Generate leads, manage sales pipeline, increase market visibility and drive business
    • Aid in conducting market analysis and formulating strategies in order to generate new business
    • Work with alliance partners to jointly formulate partnership strategies and target joint focus accounts to expand sales reach
    • Liaise with external agencies to increase the brand visibility of the company and grow the sales pipeline
    Key Competencies:


    • Prior software solutions and/or services sales experience in India market is a must
    • Good understanding of B2B sales especially in enterprise services sales to Banking and Financial Services companies
    • Good knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domain and strong connects with industry leaders as well as different C Level Executives with the prospects and clients
    • Excellent understanding of various software services and solutions, Banking & Financials services domain, clients, competitors, and their strategy
    • Excellent ability to deep dive into prospects' business and build a business case for new opportunities
    • Good understanding of banking technology and well versed with the latest technology trends
