    What will be your role as Sales Leader at Hevo?

    • Hevo is looking for a passionate leader who will guide and inspire an Account Executive team and outbound to multiple regions in the US. You will oversee and grow a team of Account Executives / Inside Sales specialists to generate sales revenue. This individual will be a player-coach who knows the art of achieving and exceeding targets, understands how to overcome common obstacles and objections faced, and formulates a path to success for his/her team.
    • Recruit, mentor, and motivate your team of Account Executives on the sales process and quota achievement while being hands-on as well
    • Ensure Account Executive team members improve their sales quota and performance over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
    • Conducting weekly forecasting meeting and coaching on strategies to create pipeline and drive closuresLead weekly meeting reviews with the AE team driving their targets and performance
    • Develop and refine AE standards, processes & metrics.
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales leadership team to build weekly forecasts and take ownership of achieving the agreed sales quota as appropriate
    • Align and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to meet revenue and pipeline goals, diagnose opportunities and pain-points, and accurately measure progress.

    What are we looking for?

    • 10+ years of experience with 3+ years in managing a team of Account Executive / Inside sales specialists
    • Prior experience in SaaS, Software sales
    • Prior experience in managing the US/NA geography
    • Proven track record of successfully hitting sales quota in a high-volume transaction sales environmentExperience with CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce)
