- Develop and implement income recognition principles for Corporate, SME, and Retail businesses, encompassing yield-based and fee-based income.
- Handle income recognition related to partners, integrating best practices in reconciliation, disputes, and clawbacks, including scenarios like Bancassurance Income, Loan Subsidization with government institutions, and transactions with partner payment firms.
- Design performance reporting frameworks considering underlying assumptions and data sources, ensuring accuracy and insightful analysis.
- Strong background in financial accounting within the banking sector, especially in income recognition and performance reporting.
- Must hold a CA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience with a successful track record in financial accounting roles within the banking industry.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with a deep understanding of banking operations and income streams.
- Expertise in managing financial disputes, reconciliations, and clawback procedures.
- Strong quantitative skills for analyzing data sources and assumptions used in performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders.
