Position Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English, with a minimum B2 certification from the Goethe-Institute. The role involves assisting customers across international markets, ensuring clear communication, and delivering outstanding service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
• Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex queries.
• Monitor and meet KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge between German-speaking customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
• German: Minimum B2 level certified by Goethe-Institut (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• English: Professional proficiency (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office.
