The Senior Creative Designer plays a crucial role in creating or adapting layouts as per job requirements. This individual's responsibilities go beyond executing work as instructed, to adding value to assigned jobs by contributing creatively when required and reporting directly to the Art Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Visualiser / Art Director to produce high-quality, finished designs.
• Adhere to project briefs, guidelines, and committed timelines.
• Perform thorough pre-press checks to ensure error-free print files.
• Follow studio workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrate self-management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactively offer process improvement recommendations.
• Develop a good understanding of client brands, challenging off-brand communications internally and externally where appropriate.
• Suggest proactive work for clients.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on working experience in graphic design.
• A sound working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop).
• Ability to work with templates, style guides, and having a good understanding of how a brand works across various collaterals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and a good sense of typography, color, and balance.
• A basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.
• Pre-press, Print, and Pre-media knowledge would be an advantage.
• Clear thought, good communication, and interpersonal skills; team player.
• 5+ years' experience in advertising/design agencies or publishing.
