This position is basedin Bangalore, and we are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10years of experience.Responsibilities:
•Lead thedevelopment and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives,fostering positive management-employee relations and collaborating withinternational HR team
•Managefull recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, and retention efforts
•Supportorganizational growth by nurturing people development and engagement
•Oversee HRstrategies and systems while maintaining a positive work environment. Drivehigh performance through effective performance appraisal systems and benefitsmanagement.
•Ensurelegal compliance and provide decision support through HR metrics.
•Support departmentalHR planning and manage HR activities while fostering strong externalrelationships and handling confidential matters discreetly.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's/Master'sdegree in human resources or a related field combined with a minimum of 10+ yearsof demonstrated expertise as an HR Manager/HR Generalist/Business Partner
•Possessesa people-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering results paired withproven experience in utilizing Human Resources metrics to drive decision-making
•Capable offormulating strategic initiatives, exhibiting strong leadership qualities andproficient in HR systems and databases and
•Excellentactive listening, negotiation, and presentation skills as well able in buildingand managing interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels
•Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills coupled with an unwavering ethicalapproach and additional proficient in problem-solving as well as conflictresolution techniques
•Familiaritywith HR Software such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc. combined with anunderstanding of national HR laws and best practices
•Interculturalcompetence and profound experience working in international teams
