    Description

    SocialPilot is seeking a Product Specialist to collaborate closely with prospects and customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SocialPilot.

    This role involves working with prospects to understand their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and helping them determine fitment. You will also work with existing customers to maximize their SocialPilot subscription benefits. First-hand insights and contributions to product roadmaps and prioritization are key responsibilities.

    Collaboration with the product and customer success teams is essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with prospects to identify social media management product requirements
    • Conduct live demos to help prospects assess fitment
    • Support existing customers in increasing product awareness and utilization
    • Provide feedback on product enhancements to technology and product teams
    • Manage customer onboarding and retention
    • Develop custom plans for agencies as part of enterprise deals

    About You

    • 1+ years of experience in product/customer success/sales (SaaS experience is an asset)
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with some experience in Inside Sales
    • A self-starter with a strong hustler mindset
    • Familiarity with social media marketing nuances is a plus
    • A desire to grow professionally, either in product or customer success roles
