JobOverviewWe are looking for an experiencedSQL Server Database Administrator to manage database setupmigration backup and all other activities for optimization withinthe datacenter and for migration toAzure

KeyResponsibilities:
1. Assess current state ofDatabase setup and plan for optimizations2.Backup and restore of databases3. Migrationof Databases from one server to another (lift and shift) eitherwithin data center or from data center toAzure4. Setup of database serverinstallation of databases DB monitoring performance tuning and allassociated activities5. Understanding datamodels and providing and implementing solutions as perrequirements6. Work with DevOps team toimplement automation of database activities (setup andmaintenance)

Qualifications:1.Expertise in SQL Server DB design setup maintenance backup restoreand all other administrative activities2.Experience working on Data warehouse/ETL jobs SSIS and SSAS andreporting tools3.

Effective communicationskills both verbal and written is an absolute must. Must be able todocument technical solutions very well.4. Atleast a Bachelor s degree in information technology softwareengineering computer science or relatedfield.
