- 3+ experience as data analyst/scientist
- Preferably in the context of speech processing, Kaldi, Docker Set up, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Linux with speech processing techniques.
- ASR Model creation, retuning of ASR Model, audio signal processing, relevant toolkits Kaldi, AWS EC2, S3 Bucket and DynamoDB.
- In data manipulation and analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Pandas of mathematical and statistical equations of GenAI in Speech Analysis.

We're looking for a dynamic Analytics (Deep Learning & Machine Learning) – Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our Business Transformation Team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into their customer care experience. A Data Scientist will be a critical part of our growing business where we are continually striving to streamline our customer operations and will be interfacing with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of the analytics and will also be responsible for analyzing business processes, design and identifying/implementing solutions as well as guiding the Business teams and development teams. Overall the tech lead needs to manage end to end delivery of Analytics projects, guide and manage the tech team, be responsible to manage deliverables or the end to end project life cycle. Needs to be proficient in Python & Data science concepts.
