Position- AI - Senior Developer

Reporting to- Senior Lead - Content & Automation

Location- Mumbai

Department -Digital

Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

• We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced AI (artificial intelligence) developer with hands-on work in chatbots and or other AI-based applications for investment management.
  
• The ideal candidate should have a capacity for hard work, good understanding of front-end tools, machine learning, NLP, foundation models and deep learning techniques.
  
• Conversant with front-end development tools
  
• A good understanding of LLMs (large language models) and other AI-based applications
  
• Testing and validating models
  
• Actively engaging with clients
  
• Responding to client needs, including maintaining existing solutions
  
• Project coordination and implementation of new features and functionalities
  

Knowledge & Essential Skills:

• Hands-on coding skills in front-end languages/ frameworks and Python
  
• Working knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  
• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI-based applications in the investment management space
  
• Understanding of the investing space
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Ability to collaborate with teams
  

Academics:

• Specialization in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
  
• PhD preferred but not required
  
• Qualifying the level 1 CFA exam a plus
