    Job Title: Product UX Designer

    We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of our product applications, including wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating closely with UI developers to build intuitive user interfaces. This role offers the unique opportunity to be involved in requirement discussions, witnessing the evolution of concepts into detailed user stories and designs.

    Responsibilities:

    We expect you to:

    • Lead the end-to-end design process for application development, including user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
    • Collaborate closely with product managers and UI developers to ensure seamless integration of design into technology
    • Optimize existing user interface designs for experience, usability, scale, and system efficiency.
    • Develop robust information and design architecture
    • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, understanding user needs from a conceptual level to detailed user stories
    • Continuously incorporate new technologies, particularly in AI, into design strategies to enhance functionality and user experience
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure design vision is understood and implemented correctly
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design capability
    • Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Adobe XD and Figma are a must
    • Experience working closely with UI developers and an understanding of front-end development
    • Experience in leading the design process and a team of reporting designers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
    • Passion for learning and incorporating new technologies into design
