    Seeking a skilled Ad Tech Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our advertising technology stack to drive impactful results for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong advertising technology background combined with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies.

This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our advertising technology stack to drive impactful results for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong advertising technology background combined with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize our ad tech stack, including but not limited to ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and other relevant platforms.
    • Implement and maintain tracking pixels, tags, and other ad-serving mechanisms to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within our ad tech infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and attribution, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
    • Conduct regular audits of ad tech systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on ad tech tools and platforms as needed.
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments affecting the digital advertising ecosystem.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (min.)
    • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
    • Proficiency in ad serving technologies such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), AdSense, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
