    Job Summary

    Healthcare Lending Expertise

    We are seeking an experienced Process Leader to support the end-to-end execution of FHA-insured healthcare loans, specifically in Section 232. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HUD loan processing and submissions.

    This is a remote role that offers direct US client exposure, competitive compensation, and strong career growth opportunities. If you have expertise in financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of HUD healthcare documentation workflows, we encourage you to apply.



    About This Role:


    • Manage HUD healthcare loan files from application to Firm Commitment and closing

    • Prepare and submit HUD Pre-Application and Firm Application packages

    • Coordinate third-party reports (CNA appraisal ESA market studies surveys)

    • Maintain accurate loan files trackers dashboards


    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent required

      • PRIORITY MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS :​ ​HUD/FHA Healthcare lending Experience (Section 232 required / strongly preferred )  Strong Financial Analysis Advanced Excel skills Solid Understanding Of Hud Healthcare Documentation Workflows …
