- Define and execute the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet current and future business needs.
- Lead manpower planning, including recruiter headcount and sourcing channel optimization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, selection, onboarding, and new hire experience.
- Oversee recruitment systems, candidate and employee data management, records, and compliance reporting.
- Standardize recruitment workflows, ensure process adherence, and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train the recruitment team for efficiency, capability building, and high performance.
- Act as the HR-Recruitment expert and provide guidance to line management on recruitment policies, programs, and best practices.
- Manage internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external vendors.
- Identify gaps and introduce innovative recruitment programs, policies, and practices.
- Participate in enterprise-level HR projects, including mergers & acquisitions, policy creation, and large-scale HR initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment strategy with overall HR and business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
- Generate management reports, metrics, and dashboards to track recruitment performance and workforce planning.
- Full-time MSW / MBA in HR (mandatory)
- 15–20 years of total HR experience, with at least 3+ years in retail, logistics, healthcare, or education preferred
- Proven experience in medium to large organizations, managing dispersed workforce and complex HR-Recruitment functions
- Strong expertise in manpower planning, selection processes, HR systems, recruitment operations, and team management
