Nalli is seeking an Senior Graphic Designer responsible for developing visual ideas and transforming them into creative solutions, contributing and managing art functions in the team, and ensuring creative objectives are achieved. A visual thinker who can imagine a thousand objects with just a circle. Passionate about art and design.

The Ideal Candidate

 Ability to translate creative brief into creative routes and responsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution

 Highly organized and able to contribute and manage workload with help of Graphic designers.

 Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects & other design tools.

 Experience in managing designs for brands across social media, performance marketing, digital branding, e-comm.

 Ability to handle several projects at the same time from retail stores and e-comm division.

 Be open to reiterations and edits based on constructive feedback.

 A strong understanding of design aesthetics and impeccable attention to detail.

 Strong and effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator.

 Preference would be given to the candidate who worked in the advertisement agency.

 Graphic designers aspiring to be associate creative director and willing to learn and take ownership.

Roles/Responsibilities

 The Associate creative director will be responsible for taking projects from Brand Manager, across multiple platforms/channels, from brief to completion, experience with creative ideation and adaptation process whilst working closely within the Nalli's brand guidelines.

 The Associate creative director will be responsible for the conception, planning and development of digital and print creative solutions to address our sales & marketing needs.

 Strong Art Direction and concepting skills on digital channels for Sari brand.

 Streamlined the daily workflow to reduce TAT & increase productivity by creating an effective process of brief taking and prioritizing work according to the business goals

 Review art, copy and videos developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges

 Should closely work with the freelancer/ external creative team based on the creative project and responsible for cost effective budget and execution.

Salary: Depending on work experience and candidate's calibre
