Designation:Business Development Manager CorporateSales
Purposeof theposition
ToTarget and close the top accounts operating in India with bigvolumes.
To approach and develop the accounts targeted by corporate salesand in line with strategyof
corporatesalesdepartment.
Criteria to final target pipeline will be based on min Jobsturnover global presencelocations
involvedetc.
Structured sales process on approvedpipeline.
Secure and maintain the account with a definedprocess.
BusinessDevelopment
Identification and building a pipeline with selected globalaccounts and bigcorporations.
It is required to maintain a target list on the basis of a nationaland regionalapproach.
Structured sales approach will be maintained on given pipeline withproper scanningprobing
buildingrelationships with the client involving resources with variousdepartments.
Closing of account and get onboard.
Once account on board set up SOP implementation in coordinationwith internalstakeholders
(Ops/CSetc.) and lead the account transition through a coordinatedimplementation withstake
holders
Review the growth account with regular intervals along withoperations.
Achieve targeted KPI with these accounts in terms of volumes andprofitability.
To ensure a mutually signedoff SOP is in place with client &organization within 15 daysof
accountonboarding
Responsibility of collections as per credit termsagreed
DecisionMakingAuthority
Authoritiesas delegated by the General Manager Corporate Sales in accordancewith DSV standards andguidelines
Function/ Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Processworking
Good knowledge of our products and the global tradelanes
Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air andocean Profound knowledge markets trends and opportunities invarious

Educationalbackground / Workexperience:
5 years of work experience(minimum)
Gathering and analyzing of market data (variousindustries)
Worked in an international company within a matrixorganization
MBA orEquivalent

Fluent in English (written andspoken)
