    The role of a Finance Transformation Lead in finance projects implementation requires a blend of finance and technical skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The person in this role plays a vital part in ensuring that the implemented financial systems meet the business needs and goals.

    Title: Finance Transformation Lead

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Understanding, documenting, and analysing the business processes and requirements related to financial systems.
    2. Good understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
    3. Make sure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into the system's functionality.
    4. Designing and implementing solutions that align with the business's financial needs and goals.
    5. Collaborating with the technical team to translate business requirements into system specifications.
    6. Configuring and customizing financial systems according to the business requirements (add on)
    7. Transfer of data from old system to new system
    8. Conducting functional testing of the implemented systems to ensure they meet the business requirements.
    9. Working with stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation, and post-implementation.
    10. Providing training and support to users of the financial systems.
    11. Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.
    12. Keeping up-to-date with the latest financial systems and trends to ensure the business benefits from these technologies.
    13. Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the transition and identify areas for improvement.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Minimum bachelor's degree in finance. Master's degree in business administration MBA or CA is preferred.
    2. Overall 7+ years of versatile experience in accounting, finance implementation projects, handling adhoc queries, working with multiple stakeholders
    3. Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P and R2R) and systems.
    4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    5. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    7. Good at excel and PPT presentations.
