    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive with experience in managing advertising campaigns across various digital platforms including Facebook, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytical mindset, and creative thinking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, etc.
    • Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target customer segments and tailor messaging and offers accordingly.
    • Coordinating with the design team to create compelling ad creatives, copy, and visuals for digital advertising campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
    • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
    • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages for improved performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

    Qualification and Relevant Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2 - 5' years of proven experience in digital marketing and ecommerce.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Experience of managing brand campaigns and sales on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Facebook & Google.
    • Excellent written communication & mathematical skills

    Working Days

    • Monday to Saturday (10am- 7pm)
