Budget:-1.3 LPM.
Location: Remote - IST Shift Timing - 8-5 / 9-6 / 10-7.

About the Role:
As a Senior Associate in Data Engineering specializing in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM), you will be responsible for leading projects focused on the setup, migration, and maintenance of MDM solutions for our esteemed pharmaceutical clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing MDM strategies aligned with our client's business objectives and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage project delivery, mentor a team of MDM developers, foster stakeholder relationships, and uphold industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects involving the setup, migration, and maintenance of MDM solutions using the latest technological tools.
Develop and implement MDM strategies tailored to pharmaceutical clients' business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Manage end-to-end delivery of MDM projects for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely completion, and adherence to budget constraints.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of MDM developers specialized in the pharmaceutical domain.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Establish and maintain MDM best practices, methodologies, and standards specific to the pharmaceutical domain.
Stay abreast of emerging MDM tools, technologies, and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
Offer thought leadership and expertise in the MDM space, particularly tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Reltio MDM setup or migration.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes using tools such as Informatica.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data domains, including product, customer, and reference data.
Demonstrated success in delivering MDM projects within the pharmaceutical sector, utilizing tools like Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, or Reltio.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills specific to the pharmaceutical domain.
Required Non-Technical Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Mathematics/Statistics (M.Sc.).
