- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant, with specific experience in Canadian accounting practices
- Experience with QuickBooks and other financial software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Familiarity with Canadian tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPA certification is preferred
