- The primary responsibility of this position is to grow our Publisher portfolio globally.
- The goal is to negotiate deals with new and existing publishers across the globe for specified campaigns
- Ensure good communication with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and scale of the publishers.
- Lead the knowledge board with industry trends in mobile advertising.
- Represent Performance Launchpad across various companies focusing on mobile monetisation.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Affiliate Management, Sales, and Handling key publisher accounts in the Ad-tech industry.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a multicultural client base.
- Team Player with an Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong Professionalism and Strong work ethic.
- Fluent English, Additional languages are always a plus point for us.
- Good understanding of media metrics, tracking & optimisations.
- Work with one of the youngest, most agile, hardworking and most experienced teams in the Adtech industry.
