    We are looking for a highly professional team player to join our Affiliate Management Team. An ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, be a team player and be hungry for success.

    Department: Account Management

    Location: Delhi, India

    Responsibilities:

    1. The primary responsibility of this position is to grow our Publisher portfolio globally.
    2. The goal is to negotiate deals with new and existing publishers across the globe for specified campaigns
    3. Ensure good communication with cross-functional teams to ensure the growth and scale of the publishers.
    4. Lead the knowledge board with industry trends in mobile advertising.
    5. Represent Performance Launchpad across various companies focusing on mobile monetisation.

    Requirements:

    1. 1-3 years of professional experience in Affiliate Management, Sales, and Handling key publisher accounts in the Ad-tech industry.
    2. Top-notch interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a multicultural client base.
    3. Team Player with an Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
    4. Strong Professionalism and Strong work ethic.
    5. Fluent English, Additional languages are always a plus point for us.
    6. Good understanding of media metrics, tracking & optimisations.
