Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure our organization's financial health.

This role requires a dynamic professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial planning and budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Financial reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Financial analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Accounting and compliance: Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and paying taxes.
• Risk management and internal controls: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.

Requirements include:

• Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of strong experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
